Speed Boat Crashes Head On Into House Boat in BC's Shuswap Killing Owner of House Boat

A speed boat on Shuswap Lake actually lands inside the house boat.
Unfortunately not everyone survived this time - the owner and captain of the house boat dead and twelve injured.
How more didn't die is beyond me.
Experts are now looking into the boating accident determining cause.
"If you watch the video in the link above, pay attention to the expert rein act with his hands at 1:04. I think he's gesturing that the speed boat the house boat out by cranking the wheel both starboard and portside - which would end up faking both boats out..."
Those are just my thoughts.

September 15th, 2009 was the final deadline for all boat operators to have proof of competency to operate any boat with a motor. You now require a Pleasure Craft Operator Card to operate your boat. The Competency of Operators Pleasure Craft Regulations require boat operators to show proof or risk fines of up to $250.
